Grand County Housing Authority is committed to expanding homeownership opportunities for our citizens. We continue to partner with organizations and funding  partners that enable  anyone that  wants to  become a home owner, the tools to do so in Grand County.

Programs  that we  offer are 
- Homebuyer Education Classes;
- DownPayment Assistance; and
- Mortgage  Credit Certificate

 Ask about the Rural Home Loan Partnership Program


Through the collborative efforts of the Colorado Mountain Housing Coalition for a limited time, the Grand County Housing Authority is offering a special homeownership program that is available to lower income households that qualify for the Rural Home Loan Partnership Program.

Through this program eligible families and individual homebuyers can receive a very low interest loan along with down payment assistance. The interest rate can be as low as one percent depending on income.

This program will be targeted to families/individuals earning no more than the following:
